Harry Styron is a member of the Missouri Bar, the Missouri Municipal Attorneys Association  and the Christian County Bar Association.

Harry is shifting his practice to mediation of real estate and business disputes, most of which he conducts via video conference, using Zoom, Webex or Teams.

Harry Styron’s practice is limited to serving existing clients.

Mr. Styron received his bachelor’s degree in economics in 1975 from the University of Missouri-Columbia. In 1982, he graduated from law school at the University of Tulsa. For three years, he worked as a municipal bond attorney for a Tulsa law firm, and had significant responsibility for more than 40 bond issues in several states. From 1986 to 1992, Mr. Styron engaged in the general practice of business and real estate law in Tulsa, and was active in real estate, commercial and aviation defense litigation in state and federal courts in Oklahoma and several other states.

Mr. Styron moved to Taney County, Missouri in 1992, and worked as a real estate broker, condominium manager, and real estate developer before returning to the practice of law in 1999 and establishing The Styron Law Firm in 2000, which became Styron & Shilling in 2004.

Mr. Styron is a member of the Missouri Bar, the Missouri Municipal Attorneys Association  and the Christian County Bar Association.

He was chair of the Missouri Bar’s Property Law committee for several years and was the program chair of the Missouri Bar’s Annual Real Estate Institute in 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010.

Harry’s practice is limited to serving existing clients which are primarily units of local government, a large water and sewer company, a few homeowner associations (HOA), and several real estate developers. He is not taking on additional homeowner associations as clients and is not accepting any lawsuits, except as a consultant to other attorneys.

Patricia J. Shilling

In 2004, Ms. Shilling merged her practice into The Styron Law Firm, which changed its name to Styron and Shilling in 2005.

Estate planning and probate, including probate litigation, and residential and commercial real estate transactions is the focus of Ms. Shilling’s law practice.

Patricia Shilling spent her childhood in Pittsburg, Kansas. She is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and the University of Arkansas law school (1987) with honors. After being employed by a Springfield law firm, she established her own firm, Metzger and Shilling, in Ozark, Missouri in 1992. She served as assistant prosecuting attorney for Christian County for four years and is city attorney for the city of Clever. In 2004, Ms. Shilling merged her practice into The Styron Law Firm, which changed its name to Styron and Shilling in 2005.
